Sumptuous Autumn Squash Cooking Demo by Mary Spencer

Join Mary Spencer on Zoom as she shows you how to prepare two dishes just in time for fall! Butternut squash never tasted so good – in a delicious free-form tart and in a tasty soup with apple and roasted croutons.  Registration is required and begins on August 16, 2021.  Everyone registered will receive an e-mail with the Meeting I.D., Pass Code and both recipes one hour before the cooking demo.

You may also watch the Zoom program in the comfort of the library's auditorium (in-person attendance will be limited to ensure social distancing).  Copies of both recipes will be available to everyone in the auditorium.
