What We Do
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-volunteer service organization dedicated to distributing current research-based gardening information, increasing environmental awareness, promoting gardening activities, and supporting volunteers in Wayne County and the surrounding communities in Southeast Michigan with quality activities for all ages.
What We've Achieved
- Financial support to Michigan State University Plant & Soil Sciences display gardens, Venoy Greenhouse, Hidden Lake Gardens, University of Michigan Matthaei Botanical Gardens
- Contribution of supplies and plants to Junior Master Gardener for schools, community groups and Habitat for Humanity.
- Group Activities from fun social events like picnics, wholesale shopping and a recognition banquet to educational trips.
